VINELAND — Murder charges have been filed against a man who fatally shot and killed a father of four as he exited a Wawa on Thursday.
Shaqwil Marlow, 19, also faces multiple weapons charges related to the shooting of Luis Rivera, 23, as he left the Wawa on Delsea Drive at Park Avenue in Vineland on Thursday. Both men are from Vineland.
Marlow has not yet been arrested should be considered armed and dangerous, Cumberland County District Attorney Jennifer Webb-McRae said.
Prosecutors have not said publicly if they know what prompted the shooting.

Rivera’s girlfriend, Nyasia Almodovar said on a GoFundMe page created to help with funeral expenses as he was a father of four children.
“He was a good person, the biggest heart anyone could have, and he lit up every room he walked in with the biggest smile and his jokes. Luis was a father, a boyfriend, a son, a amazing uncle and brother,” Almodovar said.
