Airport Retail Enterprises (ARE) and Newstead Brewing Co have teamed up to open the brewery’s third site as part of the $ 40 million redevelopment of Brisbane Airport’s domestic terminal.
The 300m² faucet room is one of the iconic food and beverage spaces in the home terminal and is fully equipped with 12 faucets, which will showcase the brewery’s main range as well as limited edition specials.
Passengers will also be able to enjoy Brisbane Airport’s exclusive beer, the all-new “Tailwind Ale”.
The site was scheduled to open last year, but has been delayed due to COVID. With the official opening today, Newstead Brewing Co is now ready to welcome up to 120 guests with a new exclusive menu for Brisbane Airport passengers.
The menu includes a high supply of pub-style classics such as Moreton Bay Bug rolls, chicken among, burgers and pizza, as well as vegetarian, gluten-free and vegan options.
