This one is for all seafood lovers! Over the past two weekends, we’ve been focused on sharing recipes for healthy but delicious dishes. This weekend is no exception either! And that’s why we’ll be making roasted shrimp in our own Samsung microwave. Best served with a mint sauce, this dish can be served as a starter or as an accompaniment to your main course.
A few simple steps and you have the perfect one-dish cracker!
Cooking time: 9 minutes | Serving Size: 600-700 grams
Ingredients
Shrimps: 500 grams
Chopped onions: 2
Chopped tomatoes: 2
Oil: 2 tablespoons
Red pepper powder: 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala: 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
Chopped curry leaves: 2 tbsp
Cooking Method:
- Press the Hot Blast Auto button
- Select the type of food you are cooking by turning the multi-function selector
- Now take a microwave safe glass bowl and add chopped tomatoes, onions, turmeric powder, ginger garlic oil and paste. Mix well.
- Put it in the microwave and activate microwave mode for 8 minutes.
- After cooking, set aside.
- Select the automatic cooking program and place the crusty plate on the upper microwave oven rack.
- Press START / + 30s. At this point the screen displays ‘preheat’.
- Once the microwave rings, take out the crusty plate.
- Add the shrimp and all other ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
- Distribute the shrimp on the crusty plate and press START / + 30s.
- Once the shrimp are cooked, decorate with coriander leaves and serve hot.
