Cajun seafood restaurant KrawStation is coming to downtown Springfield

Cajun KrawStation plans to open a new seafood restaurant at 210 S. Market Ave. in downtown Springfield.

“We spent several months looking for a location, and I fell in love with downtown, I love the neighborhood,” said Kenneth Ross, owner of Cajun KrawStation.

Cajun KrawStation’s menu is full of traditional Louisiana-style dishes. It will serve crayfish, shrimp, blue crab, lobster, blood sausage dumplings, okra and more. Cajun KrawStation’s seafood comes straight from Louisiana and Maine.

Ross told the News-Leader he was thrilled with the opening. Over the past year, he has received many calls and Google searches regarding the opening of his restaurant downtown.

This location on South Market will be a temporary location for Cajun KrawStation while their permanent location on College Street is under construction.
